
MINT Turbines, LLC (Stroud, Oklahoma), one of four premier MRO facilities within the M International group, is pleased to announce Mr. David Norton has joined as their new General Manager effective immediately. Within his expanded role, David is responsible for all operations within their state-of-the-art facility providing MRO services for both Honeywell T53 and Pratt & Whitney (P&WC) PT6A and PT6T series of gas turbine engines plus related accessories and components and field service support.
“I’m thrilled to welcome David into the M International family,” stated Rob Ruck, President and COO of M International. “He’s a long-time industry veteran with great customer focus who’ll drive further growth and capability expansion – he’s the right guy at the right time to lead MINT Turbines into the future.”
David has over 30 years of aviation experience including most recently as the Business Leader of General Electric’s Engine Services Passport/CF34 New Production line in Arkansas City, Kansas. He’s also held senior level positions in Customer Support, Service Center Management and Plant Management roles within GE. David earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Southwestern College and earned a Mini-MBA from Wichita State University. He is also a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and has led several continuous improvement teams.
