Papillon Airways is announcing its deployment of Web Manuals, the world leader in aviation document digitization solutions, to support the revamp of its company manuals, improving compliance and safety across its helicopter fleet.
In addition to overhauling Papillon’s documentation, enabling them to have easy access to all manuals on one platform, Web Manuals allows for the rapid authoring, editing, updating, publishing and distributing of the company’s operations manuals. This in turn will save Papillon time, resources and provide the team with more control over its manuals and processes.
Simon Whiteley, Assistant Director of Operations at Papillon says: “Web Manuals has been great in supporting the comprehensive revamp of our company manuals. The Web Manuals software is user-friendly, cost-effective, and most importantly, ensures ongoing compliance with regulation amendments. When it comes to our documentation, we’re now in the 21st Century thanks to Web Manuals.”
Krister Genmark, Director of Operations Americas at Web Manuals, adds: “Papillon is a fantastic addition to the Web Manuals portfolio. Papillion flies more than 400,000 guests a year on its fleet of helicopters, meaning that safety and compliance are paramount. Transferring all of the company’s manuals and regulatory documentation into one place will make it much quicker for the team to be updated on any changes.”
Web Manuals is exhibiting at HAI-EXPO in Anaheim Convention Center, California from January 28-30, 2020. To find out more about how digital documentation can benefit your operations, please visit the team on booth 1535.
