Mr. Marc Bouliane, Vice President of Business Development, Marketing and Services for Universal Avionics (UA), announces that Ms. Wendy M. Bartos, Esq. has been appointed as Director of Contracts. Wendy will manage the full life cycle of contracts, license agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and more, and will lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of such agreements.

Wendy joins UA from Collins Aerospace where she was a Director in the Law Department for Aircraft Interiors, with Airbus and Boeing among her key customers. She joined Collins Aerospace from Honda Aircraft and prior to this, Wendy held progressively more senior positions at Gannett-Fleming, Hewlett-Packard, and IBM.
