The Boeing Co., Mesa, Arizona, has been awarded a maximum $16,050,000 firm‐fixed‐price, one-time buy contract for spare parts in support of the AH-64 Apache weapon system. This was a sole-source acquisition using justification 10 U.S. Code 2304 (c)(2), as stated in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302‐1. This is a four-year contract with no option periods. Location of performance is Arizona, with an Oct. 30, 2024, performance completion date. Using military service is Army. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2021 through 2025 Army working capital funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Aviation, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama (SPRRA1-21-C-0005).
