Helicopter Association International (HAI) is seeking nominations for three open positions on the HAI Board of Directors for the term Jul. 1, 2022, through Jun. 30, 2025.

All HAI Helicopter Operator Member organizations are invited to submit nominations for candidates to fill the following openings:

• Director, Commercial Operator: one position
• Director, General Aviation Operator: two positions.

The HAI By-Laws define Commercial Operators and General Aviation Operators as follows:

• Commercial Operator: Any operator of helicopters principally for commercial purposes but not including government entities or those whose principal business is the leasing of helicopters to others
• General Aviation Operator: Any operator of helicopters principally for private use or as a noncommercial business aid.

Nominees must be a principal owner, officer, or full-time employee of an HAI Helicopter Operator Member. When proposing candidates for nomination, please consider the type of operation and geographic location of each nominee to ensure a diverse Board of Directors.

Nominations must be submitted by 5:00 pm eastern (UTC-5) on Friday, Jan. 21, 2022.
