Precision has taken delivery of the 295th Guimbal Cabri G2 and plans to hand over the key fob to the new PNW private customer at HAI Heli Expo 2022 in Dallas, TX this week. While getting the aircraft to Texas on time for the show has been a challenge due to sea freight delays, port congestion, and trucking shortages, the team effort of the Cabri USA Family made it happen. The aircraft was shipped to the East Coast and trucked to Arkansas where Summit Aviation, a Cabri Operator, took on the task of assembly, coordinating the C of A, and flying it to the show. According to David Rath, CEO of Precision, “The team at Summit bent over backwards to take care of us and make this work for Heli Expo. When we called them, they did not hesitate to give us full confidence in their ability, willingness, and even excitement to help us. This is what the Cabri USA family is all about.”

2022 is shaping up to be a great year following the downturns caused by COVID-19 in 2020 and 2021. With Precision’s help, Guimbal Cabri G2 delivery slots are currently sold out for 2022, and they are now taking orders for 2023. Guimbal is working to increase production as the world’s economy, supply chains, and labor force recover from the pandemic. “We began seeing a significant increase in interest and demand during the Fall of 2021, which has translated to many new sales which will keep the U.S. as the number one Cabri G2 operator in the world.” says Sarah Brazel, Manager of Guimbal Sales and Support in the U.S. “We are seeing more options for insurance, financing, and leasing than ever before as these markets gain confidence in the Guimbal product, whose safety, value, quality, and appeal have been proven over and over again since FAA certification in 2015. These options will open up even more opportunities for flight schools and private operators to enter the G2 market.”
