All work will be performed in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, and is expected to be completed by August 2025, with no option periods. Fiscal 2022 working capital (Navy) funds in the amount of $9,179,280 will be obligated at the time of award, and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
