Heli-One, a leading provider of helicopter maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services, has signed a maintenance framework agreement with AAA Technology to further grow the business relationship between the two organizations. The contract encompasses a broad range of services and eliminates the complications of individual agreements. AAA will benefit through improved efficiencies of getting maintenance work inducted and completed by Heli-One, minimizing downtime and maximizing operational capabilities.

The framework agreement provides a contractual foundation for both AAA and Heli-One to set the business terms and conditions so that both parties can focus on more the strategic issues of planning and executing maintenance events. AAA can work with Heli-One maintenance staff directly to coordinate the induction, completion, and return of work – reducing overall project turnaround time and allowing for critical time-sensitive work to progress quickly.
