Avidyne Corporation of Melbourne, FL. announced today that they have added aviation industry veteran Simon William as a Director of International Sales.

“Simon is a great addition to our international sales team, bringing a wealth of experience in aviation technical sales and business development,” said John Talmadge, Avidyne’s Vice President of Worldwide Sales.

Based in Auckland, New Zealand, Simon Williams’ years of experience in aviation include aftermarket and OEM sales management for the Asia/Pacific region at Honeywell/Bendix/King. Previous to that, Simon held positions in product management and technical business development at Airwork NZ. He also served in maintenance and operations positions in the Royal New Zealand Air Force with extensive experience on C-130 Hercules and P3 Orion programs.
