After a three year hiatus, CHC is looking forward to hosting its 2022 Safety & Quality Summit from October 11th to 13th at the Westin Irving Convention Center in Irving Texas.

World class speakers will debate the conference theme, “Behind the mask: what is the true safety picture?”.  Dozens of breakout sessions will engage you in educational and challenging presentations with plenty of opportunities to network with old colleagues and new friends.

In addition, we are offering a limited number of seats for two pre-summit courses that will deliver essential training for safety professionals:

· The HFACS course on October 9 and 10 will be taught by world-renowned developers of this human factors tool, Drs. Wiegmann and Shappell.

· On October 9 and 10, CHC instructors will lead participants through an accident investigation course that will equip you with best practices and systematic tools for investigating what led to an accident/serious incident, as well as identifying appropriate ‘fixes’ to avoid a recurrence.
