How do we collect personal data?
– News Subscribers – provide their email addresses to the Feedburner system, owned and maintained by Google. On requesting a subscription, a verification message is sent to that email address from “FeedBurner Email Subscriptions”, the service that delivers email subscriptions for HeliHub. You will need to click a link listed in this message to activate your subscription. If you dont see a confirmation e-mail in a reasonable amount of time please check your bulk/spam folder.

How do we use your personal data?
– News subscribers – we distribute at most one email per day to active subscribers using the email address provided. We do not use these email addresses for anything else at all.

– News subscribers – Our email subscriber lists are maintained by Feedburner, which is owned and maintained by Google. You can read their Privacy Policy here

Right to erasure
– News subscribers – All subscribers have immedate access to erase their name from our distribution list. Follow the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any news email.

HeliHub.com and the employees and contactors of HeliHub.com control the processing of personal data throughout the organisation
HeliHub is committed to protecting your privacy. Once we have your personal information (as detailed above) it is stored on our secure database which can only be securely accessed by our employees or consultants, and solely for the purposes that they are needed for. All of our internal systems are password and firewall protected and can only be accessed by HeliHub employees or contractors
We protect your data by ensuring that we have appropriate organisational and technical measures and security in place. These include procedures to deal with any suspected data breaches.
