During a frost protection exercise, the tail rotor struck grape vine cables. The aircraft was flown back to base and the post-flight inspection revealed damage was sustained by the tail rotor blades, stabilisers and the tail boom.

Conducting a hoist training in front of a hanger located adjacent to Kumamoto Airport. While hovering at 60ft, it encountered close proximity to other aircraft. Reported distance between two aircraft was 50ft horizontally.
