CareFlight is celebrating their 35th anniversary in Miami Valley this year. They begun in 1983 with a single helicopter that could only carry one patient. Today, they are able to carry up to two patients as well as a response team and crew, reports WDTN.

An American aeromedical organisation has presented CareFlight with the Excellence in Community Service award in Washington for its training program last Friday.
