The contract between India and Rostec for 48 Mi-17V-5 helicopters will soon be finalised. Rostec CEO, Sergey Chemezov, has commented that negotiations with regards to the delivery have been settled and they are expecting to sign the contract within the first three months of 2018, reports New India Express.
Thailand has signed a contract with Russia for the delivery of two Military Mi-17V-5 helicopters. The helicopters will be used in the Royal Thai Army, reports TASS.
Mexico has made plans with Rosoboronexport to order a batch of Mi-17 military helicopters. These helicopters will be used for defence and law enforcement, reports Sputnik News. This will not be their first business, as in 2012 they received an order of Mi-17V-5 helicopters for their Navy.
