Montenegro orders three 412s

Montenegro orders three 412s

The Montenegro Armed Forces have signed a contract for three Bell 412EPI helicopters. The decision of the purchase is part of a modernization process. The three helicopters will be stationed at the Podgorica International Airport, reports Jane’s 360.

Helicopter made contact with a wall and crashed onto rocks close to the shoreline.  The crash killed pilot Lt. Šahbaz Belhadin (44), Major Ivan Obradovic (36) and Vidoje Tomic (35), a sergeant first class.


Montenegrin army to overhaul 11 helicopters

A source in the Defence Ministry has told Vijesti that in the forthcoming period this ministry is planning to overhaul and modernize 11 Gazelle type helicopters.
