Crashed while cleaning the insulator of the Moni-Vasiliko 132MW transmission line on behalf of Cyprus Electricity Authority. The helicopter fell from an altitude of 24 metres after its tail got caught in one of the pylon's wires after a sudden gust of wind. 2 POB survived, one with minor injuries
