RLC, the largest privately-held helicopter operator in the Gulf of Mexico, today announced the retirement of President, Rodger Bagwell.  Dru Milke, who joined the company in September 2011 as CEO, will assume the role of President and CEO.

During Bagwell’s tenure, RLC grew from a small Part 135 operator focused primarily on the refurbishment and maintenance of aircraft to the Gulf of Mexico’s largest independent helicopter services operator with a fleet of 75 aircraft serving the region’s leading energy services providers and oil and gas producers.

Bagwell, who has been with the organization for ten years, will continue to champion the customer focus for which RLC has become known among its oil and gas industry clientele as an advisor to the Company.
