Single-seat helicopter crashed into lake and sank after pilot apparently misjudged his altitude due to the glassy surface on approach to a landing site on the edge of the lake.  Pilot rescued by his brother who was watching the approach and kayaked out to reach him.   Aircraft sank.  CADAORS 2012Q2643
